Tweddle Family of Lanercost, Cumberland Research Day and the Will of Thomas Tweddle

The plan for this particular day was to publish the will of Thomas Tweddle probated in 1794 but that will wait for the next Tweddle Family research day. Just noticed I still had it in draft form and it will be about six weeks before I return to the Tweddle Family.

Gardening is in full swing. We have dug the main garden (used to rotatill it but I am not up to running that enormous machine). I can use a shovel a whole lot easier. Almost all the flower beds have been worked up and weeded and we put in a second row of ornamental bricks around our flower beds. We moved two cubic yards of earth to fill in the lawn and grass should soon be growing with all the rain and cool weather to come in the next couple of weeks. But the next big event is to actually cultivate the vegetable garden and then plant it.
