Christopher Blake the testator names his son Christopher Blake in his will. His wife is named Bridget Blake.
Interestingly, Bourne is in the South Kesteven district of Lincolnshire (Butterwick is also in this area). The earlier will of 1566 for John Blake at Butterwick should certainly be considered looking at Christopher Blake although nearly two hundred years later.

Henry Blake is the testator. There is a marriage between Henry Jupe and Jemima Blake which was celebrated at Mere, Wiltshire 1820. There were a number of children baptized to this couple at Mere (Family Search C39680-9):

Giles Jupe married 1858 at Mere Harriet Ann Moore and both of these marriages from Family Search. I did not find the Henry and Jemima Jupe family on the 1851 or 1861 census. I did not check all the individual children as I do not follow the daughters much past the marriage date and the children born to them. I could not find the mother Anne Blake on later census. There is a death for Ann Blake at Mere June quarter 1844. There is a death for a Jemima Jupp September quarter 1859 at Hartlepool, Durham. But I couldn't relate this to any census material.

John Buller testator died in 1834 at Oxford Market, Middlesex and my curiosity encouraged me to add this will to the Buller collection just in case. However, he mentions only his wife Margaret and his witnesses do not have the surname Buller so not overly helpful in my trek to find my 3x great grandfather Christopher Buller or any relatives of Christopher other than the known ones I already have (i.e. all of his children).

The Blake family on the Isle of Wight has an interesting history. I know that descendants of Charles Blake of Abbots Ann lived on the Isle of Wight from the mid 1800s on but I am fairly confident that Jeremiah is not a descendant of Charles Blake of Abbots Ann.

He is a shoemaker and living with them a daughter Martha 15 years of age (not mentioned in the will), and Sarah Dashwood a female Servant of 15 years. All were born in Hampshire.
Given Jeremiah's age he is perhaps the Jeremiah Blake baptized 10 Oct 1790 at Godshill near Newport Hampshire and the son of James Blake and Ann Strugnell who were married 11 Dec 1775 at St Marys Portsea. Godshill is on the Isle of Wight so a very interesting possibility with Jeremiah being an unusual forename.

2 of me Jeremiah Blake of Ryde in the Isle of Wight Shoemaker I give
3 and bequeath unto my dear wife Hannah all that my leasehold messuage
4 and land situate in Ryde and Oatfield aforesaid and also all my leasehold
