The following information I extracted from the Mediaeval Soldiers database (http://www.icmacentre.ac.uk/soldier/database/) and it pertains to the Muster Rolls, Protection 1369-1453 (from treaty rolls, gascon rolls and scottish rolls for the years 1369-1453 they state only intention to serve and the individuals listed may not actually have ever served). There is a third database which is called the Normandy Garrison and covers the years 1415-1453.
Thank you to Barrie Blake for bringing this site to my attention. I shall endeavour to see if any of these particular records relates to the Calendar of Patent Rolls - a new project!
