Moving ahead with the indexing and checking

I am up to Page 27 now (152 pages in total) which is still slow going but this is text heavy and it will take time. But to complete it by the end of the month I only need to do eight pages a day and I am usually doing 12  so working well.

Checking out the DNA matches as I want to do my usual yearly (and it is has been three years apparently) review of the phasing of my grandparents and great grandparents. I have about 150 new matches to introduce into my database. A couple of them are quite good and I have been meaning to work on them so will do that once this book is complete.

Eyes are standing up well which is good news. Starting to think about some of the other projects that are ongoing  but will likely stick pretty much to this book until it is off my plate and published.

Must do a little raking today and cleaning up. Gardening is rarely my thing to be honest. I will be really happy when the grass goes in in the spring and has eliminated that huge garden in my back yard. The raspberry bushes are fine; they are a sort of windbreak in the yard and taste good!

Today more work on the Charting book and perhaps a little attention to the other projects - creating powerpoint files to convert to *.pdf of the photo books. I think now in my mind that Edward had this vision of the entire life of his family from beginning of the marriage in pictures. It is rather amazing really that it has taken me all this time to really understand that but not surprising. I did enjoy looking at the binders with him but did not think very deeply about it at the time. Life was too busy for this individual who craves quiet times. I simply did not have the interest in being so involved with people as Edward did.

My politeness also did end up being misunderstood many times I think as I would really have just preferred always to just remain in the background working away on my projects and raising my children. I have found a way around that politeness; just do not answer the door unless you requested someone to come!

Tea time eventually; will do my solitaire games first.

Then after that breakfast and work time. The day moves onward and God watches us as always wondering what we will do next perhaps. When He left us to just live our lives without intervention until He sent Jesus to help us along the path, He did literally do that I believe. We shape the world we live in by our actions so we need to be cautious in how we manage.
