Today the main floor cleaning and that is actually the smallest area in total to clean. I have decided to go to three days as tomorrow will be the basement but really the Robot does the rugs and that just leaves dusting and washing the cement floor.
I did do some work on the matches as well and the last sibling's results are being added to the database. The cross over points using the Living DNA data are also in the forefront and I worked on Chromosome 22 as Chromosome 23 is not included in Living DNA results. There are just three crossover points in this chromosome and only three of five siblings are involved myself having two crossover points, one is shared by another sibling and one other point by the third sibling. It is a fairly straightforward chromosome right from the beginning as I was able to slip in a known relative for Blake and that is a large length for four out of five and it is from the Knight-Butt family. Mine is the most different as I have a length of Pincombe and the absolute alternate to that is another sibling with Pincombe (no overlap). There are several with a full Buller chromosome. It is an interesting one to start with although I did not actually start with 22 at any time but I decided to do that this time. The Blake/Knight family is represented for most of the length of Blake on this chromosome, there is one good Pincombe match and one good Rawlings match. It is good to have known lengths to support the research. The Living DNA results did not have a sufficient number of matches with Chromosome 22 to have any effect particularly but did reinforce the three cross-over points and no change in the location. I shall continue with that today as well as the matches.
Perhaps I will also spend some time on the photo albums once the cleaning is completed. Never a lost moment for sure.
I am continuing with my Yoga every day once again and have replaced my own series of Yoga/Calisthenics with a DVD put out by the WII about a dozen years ago now which I used often at the time but gradually developed my own but I was finding that I had gotten very used to it and the benefits were slipping away so a return to this exercise is working very well actually.
Running today as well and I am using another DVD for that as every other day I like to have variety in the running as it too becomes routine and not as much effect then.
Rain today apparently and that will bring the leaves down which is great as it is to be a good week with sun later and I may just get them raked up and into bags. The tiny leaves out front are very abundant and do not need all of them for mulch on the gardens. The lawn doesn't benefit really; they just smother the grass!
Tea cooling and solitaire puzzles next.
Prayers continuing for the hostages and a safe return home for them after two years of barbaric captivity in Gaza. All they did was attend a music festival something children all around the world do in their teens and early twenties. They have to grow up much too early sometimes and the unfairness is so stark.
